You can delete your account using either of the following methods. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Open Settings
Open The Jumping Dino and tap the gear icon to access Settings.

Go to Account
Tap on Account to view your account details.

Delete Account
Tap Delete Account and confirm. Your account and all cloud-synced data will be permanently removed.

Use the button below or email delete-account@thejumpingdino.com from the email address linked to your account.

We verify your identity
We'll confirm you own the account by matching the email address on file.

Account deleted
We'll process your request and delete all your data within 30 days. You'll receive a confirmation email.

Permanent. Account deletion is irreversible. Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered.
All game data erased. All game progress, scores, unlocked dinosaurs, coins, and settings will be permanently erased — both from the cloud and from your device on next app launch.
Purchases safe. Your in-app purchases (ad removal, Gold Premium, coin packs) are tied to your Apple ID or Google account, not your game account. They can be restored if you reinstall the game.
Fresh start. After deletion, opening the app will reset it to a new-player state. Your local data will be cleared as it depends on your cloud account.
Multiplayer. Your multiplayer history and leaderboard entries will be anonymized or removed.
