This policy explains the cookies and similar browser storage used on thejumpingdino.com. It applies to the website, including the browser game and public score challenge. The controller is Pyxel Bytes (Biel Carpi), Avinguda de les Nacions Unides 40, Escaldes-Engordany, Andorra.
1. How consent works
On your first visit, optional analytics is off. You can accept analytics, reject optional storage, or review the categories. Rejecting analytics does not restrict the website, browser game, leaderboard, or download links. We store your choice for 180 days, after which we ask again. You can reopen Cookie settings from every page footer and withdraw consent as easily as you gave it.

3. Analytics and performance measurement
Google Analytics 4 is optional. Its script is not requested and its cookies are not created before you accept analytics. If enabled, it receives page views and events such as game starts, score sharing, and app-store clicks. Advertising storage, Google Signals, ad-user-data consent, and ad-personalization consent remain disabled. Google may process analytics data in the United States. See the Google Privacy Policy.
We also use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate, cookieless measurement and Vercel Speed Insights for anonymous performance metrics. Vercel states that Web Analytics does not use cookies, uses a daily-changing request hash, and does not identify or reconstruct an individual across sites. Speed Insights records anonymous Web Vitals without associating them with an individual visitor or IP address. These services operate separately from the optional Google Analytics category. 4. Necessary browser storage
The consent record is necessary to remember and demonstrate your choice. Game score, player-name, and banner-dismissal storage supports features you explicitly use and is not used for cross-site advertising. You can remove this storage through your browser controls, although doing so resets the corresponding preference or local score.
5. Changing or withdrawing your choice
Use Cookie settings in the footer or the button above. When analytics is disabled after previously being accepted, the site sends a denied consent update, disables the GA property for the page, deletes accessible _ga cookies for the host and parent domain, and reloads without the Google tag. Browser extensions or settings can also block or delete cookies.
6. Legal basis and your rights
Optional Google Analytics processing relies on consent. Necessary storage supports the service or records your privacy choice. Cookieless aggregate security, traffic, and performance measurement relies on our legitimate interest in operating and improving the service with minimal data. 7. Updates and contact
